Pricing Guide
When booking in a tattoo, naturally you’ll be keen to know a ballpark figure of how much you’ll be charged.
This can be pretty tricky as there are many deciding elements on the final price of the tattoo:
Size, placement, style, change of concept, level of detail, and designing time are all factors in the cost.
I generally charge based on these factors rather than by an hourly rate, so when I receive a request for a quote it can be very difficult to give you a solid estimate, as I find a lot of these factors can either be inaccurate from the initial enquiry, or that there are any changes of mind in any or all of these categories.
So! The minimum charge for a tattoo is $200. Very small to small pieces range from $200-350, medium (palm sized) is generally $300-500, and large (hand sized) is around $450<.
These estimates depend on the detail of the tattoo: if it’s a palm-sized piece and super simple, it wont cost as much! If it’s a large piece that’s detailed black work, it’ll be more expensive!
I hope these estimates help clear up any confusion and help you to understand the quoting and charging process.
Please feel free to ask any questions, and as always, I will take your budget into consideration within reason.
*Discounts apply to multiple tattoos in a single session :)
